Terms
There are no terms of service. This page is not terms; it states the relationship that exists today between a person and the company that operates this system, so that somebody knows what they are joining before they open an account.
Who you are dealing with
Laetoli (T) Limited, a private company in Dar es Salaam. It is not a government agency. The Ministry of Health has not adopted this system, has not endorsed it, and does not operate it. The name "National Health Operating System" describes what it is built to be, not a status it holds.
What you get today
A free account, and a record that is yours. Nothing is billed. No health facility is connected, so your record will not be read by any hospital today: what you put in it is yours alone until onboarding begins.
There is no availability commitment. There is no status page, no uptime measurement and nobody on call overnight. Do not depend on this system in an emergency.
What is asked of you
Enter true information about yourself. Do not open an account in another person’s name or claim a document that is not yours. Do not attempt to reach another person’s record; every attempt is written down. If you find a security defect, tell us before publishing it: the policy is under Disclosure policy.
What is owed
Full terms drafted by lawyers, together with a data-processing agreement for each facility, are required before the first facility connects. Questions in the meantime: hello@laetoli.tz.
